WebManager is a productivity tool for Web page developement. It supports a development style that uses tokens for all of the cross references in documents. This means that references can be updated, changed or moved without breaking any of your links. It also supports include files to allow common pieces of HTML, JavaScript or other data to be stored in a single file.
These files can contain keywords that allow the include files to be used in more than one situation, without editing the file.
All of the components of a web site can be maintained by WebManager. It has many features, such as multi file search and replace, to control editing and installation of documents. To get up and running read the quick start tutorial, which walks you through the creation of a few web pages and read the features list, which is the closest thing I have to a help file at the moment.
